Level four is the premium residential standard — taped, three coats of mud, sanded smooth, ready for most flat and matte paints. Level five adds a full skim coat across the entire wall, eliminating any visible texture difference between drywall paper and mudded seams — the call when raking light, sconces, large windows, or glossy paint will make any imperfection visible. We walk every project with you and recommend the level each wall actually earns. You don't pay premium where you don't need it.

Drywall dust is fine enough to travel through the whole house, and it settles on every surface for weeks if it isn't contained. So we close the work area off before any sanding starts. We treat your home and finishes like our own — floors and walls protected, vents sealed. The site gets tidied at the end of every workday, and we do a full clean-up the day we finish.

Full basement drywall projects run 6–8 working days from boarding to final sand, depending on dry time. You get a written schedule with start and finish dates before the job begins, and a text update every workday so you always know where the project stands. Yes — for clients who want a single crew start-to-finish, we handle interior painting after our drywall work is sanded and primed. One quote, one schedule, one warranty. If you already have a painter you like, we’ll prep and prime to whatever standard they need.

Workmanship on anything we hung, taped, mudded, or sanded — cracks, nail pops, tape lifting, joint flashing visible under paint, and similar defects that show up within 12 months of project completion. We come back and fix them. The warranty doesn’t cover water damage, structural settling beyond normal limits, or work other trades did after us — but if you’re not sure what caused something, call us and we’ll come look.

We walk the project with you on-site, then send a written quote within one business day — broken down by service, square footage, and finish level. Nothing starts until you’ve signed off on a fixed-price quote. If something mid-project changes the scope, you hear the cost change before the work happens, in writing.
